At Jalu Fragrances, we want you to be completely captivated by your scent; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or used.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely without damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
